Unveiling the genetic link and pathogenesis between psoriasis and IgA nephropathy based on Mendelian randomization

This study investigated the causal link between psoriasis and IgA nephropathy (IgAN). Psoriasis vulgaris and arthropathic psoriasis increase IgAN risk, with CXCL9, IL1β, CCL4, and MMP1 identified as potential biomarkers.
