    • Fluorescein angiography suggested subretinal neovascularization, but this did not fully explain the extensive scarring.
    • Retinal pigment epithelial hyperplasia is proposed as a potential cause.

    • This presentation may represent a distinct clinical entity within the spectrum of multifocal choroiditis.
    • Understanding this unique scarring pattern is vital for differential diagnosis.
