Diffuse correlation spectroscopy (DCS) can detect cerebral autoregulation (CA) differences in patients on extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) with neurological injuries. Wavelet coherence analysis (WCA) showed significant differences, aiding in monitoring brain health during critical care.
