    Observation:

    • A case study detailing the temporal bone findings in a patient diagnosed with VATER syndrome.
    • The patient presented with multiple congenital anomalies, including tracheal agenesis, laryngoesophageal cleft, tracheoesophageal fistula, tetralogy of Fallot, single umbilical artery, and cloacal imperforate anus.
    • Specific attention was given to the inner ear structures within the temporal bone.

    Findings:

    • The patient exhibited an anomalous configuration of the lateral semicircular canal.
    • Abnormally high positioning of the utricle and saccule within the temporal bone was observed.
