Vesicoplication in the management of chronic urinary retention

Eighteen patients have been treated by vesicoplication for low tension chronic urinary retention. The clinical presentation, operative technique and results in these 18 patients are discussed. Vesicoplication is shown to be a simple, safe and effective method of relieving symptoms in this group of patients.
