Dyslipidemia in Juvenile Dermatomyositis

Juvenile Dermatomyositis (JDM) patients frequently have dyslipidemia, particularly low HDL and high triglycerides. Lower HDL levels correlate with higher disease activity, especially in treatment-naïve children.
