Transforming European Food Systems with multi-actor networks and Living Labs through the FoodSHIFT Approach

The global food system needs transformation due to unsustainable practices and inequalities. Food System Living Labs (FSLLs) offer a collaborative, place-based approach to drive sustainable food systems (SFS) across Europe.
