Infusion reactions (IR) to trastuzumab (TRA) in breast cancer patients are linked to pertuzumab (PER) use, high alkaline phosphatase (ALP), and low high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol. These factors may predict IR risk during TRA treatment.
