Device-Measured 24-Hour Movement Behaviors and Blood Pressure: A 6-Part Compositional Individual Participant Data

Increasing exercise duration, even by small amounts, is linked to lower blood pressure (BP). This study shows that shifting time from sedentary behavior to exercise can significantly reduce systolic and diastolic BP.
