Abstract:
The mission of oncogeriatric coordination units (OCU) is to facilitate the coordination of professionals at all stages of the care pathway for cancer patients aged 75 and over. OCU Poitou-Charentes works with the Vienne coordination support unit (CSU 86) to ensure that patients in vulnerable and complex situations receive regular follow-up and support at home. Here's a look back at an experiment launched ten years ago.
