Statutory and policy-based eco-disaster risk reduction in SADC member states

Ecosystem-based disaster risk reduction (Eco-DRR) policies are not yet standard in SADC states. Mainstreaming Eco-DRR and strengthening institutions are crucial for effective disaster risk management.
