Summary

New composite membranes combining sulfonated polyimide (S-F-abSPI) and polyphosphonitrile (PFMPP) show enhanced proton conductivity and stability. The S-F-abSPI/1% PFMPP composite membrane is promising for high-performance vanadium redox flow batteries.
