Tocilizumab for Advanced Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer With Concomitant Cachexia: An Observational Study

Tocilizumab significantly improved survival and clinical markers in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with interleukin-6 (IL-6) elevated cachexia. This suggests tocilizumab is a promising treatment option for this patient population.
