Sessile serrated lesions (SSLs) and microvesicular hyperplastic polyps (MVHPs) show distinct endoscopic features compared to goblet cell-rich hyperplastic polyps (GCHPs). Differentiating these serrated polyps (SPs) improves endoscopic diagnosis.
