[Intralobar and extralobar lung separations]

It is reported on six cases of intralobar and extralobar separation on lung. Characteristical for both forms of malformation is a defective joining to the normal bronchus and the origin of artery vessel from aorta. Lobectomia is necessary in case of chronic inflammation or of a greater shunt volume. References to medical certification or professional ability are given.
