Oxidized phospholipids (OxPL-apoB) predict calcific aortic valve disease (CAVD) presence, incidence, and progression, especially with high lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)] levels. This highlights OxPL-apoB as a potential therapeutic target for CAVD.
