Web-based pulmonary telehabilitation: a systematic review.

Web-based pulmonary telerehabilitation (WBPTR) offers a slight increase in daily steps for COPD patients but shows no significant benefits in walking distance, quality of life, or breathing difficulty. Further research is needed to enhance WBPTR efficacy.

- While WBPTR can increase daily activity, it fails to meaningfully improve exercise performance, quality of life, or reduce breathlessness.
- WBPTR remains a viable complementary tool for COPD management and monitoring, but requires further innovation to enhance its clinical effectiveness.
