Identifying Novel Germline Mutations and Copy Number Variations in Patients With SCLC

- Patients with pathogenic germline alterations showed a trend towards longer overall and progression-free survival, though not statistically significant.

- Novel germline alterations, including a CNV, were identified in SCLC patients.
- These findings support the role of germline genetic factors in SCLC development.
- Further research into germline contributions to SCLC is warranted.
