Summary

Acute Retinal Pigment Epitheliitis (ARPE) typically resolves within months, but cone photoreceptor density may remain reduced. Adaptive Optics Flood Illumination Ophthalmoscopy (AO-FIO) can track subtle changes in ARPE patients.
