Enhancing Gene Delivery in NB-4 Cells: Overcoming Transduction and Selection Challenges

Gene transduction in acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) models is challenging due to toxicity and promoter silencing. Replacing the hPGK promoter with EF1α in lentiviral vectors improved cell viability and selection efficiency in NB-4 cells.
