CKD is primarily driven by conditions such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and cardiovascular diseases, which often coexist and exacerbate renal impairment. Effective management requires a multifaceted approach, including lifestyle modifications, pharmacological interventions, and regular monitoring. Dietary changes, such as sodium restriction and a controlled intake of phosphorus and potassium, play a vital role in preserving renal function.
