Anti-aminoacyl-transfer ribonucleic acid synthetase (ARS) antibodies are linked to interstitial lung disease (ILD) in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients. Higher anti-ARS antibody levels in RA patients with ILD suggest they may be a biomarker for this complication.
