Summary

A newly discovered gut bacterium, Rosenbergiella_YN46, from Aedes albopictus mosquitoes shows potential in blocking dengue virus (DENV) and Zika virus (ZIKV) transmission. This finding offers a novel biological strategy for controlling mosquito-borne viral diseases.
