ZEB2 reduction contributes to pre-eclampsia via Wnt/β-Catenin pathway

Zinc finger E-box binding homologous box 2 (ZEB2) is down-regulated in pre-eclampsia (PE). Upregulating ZEB2 in placental cells and PE mice models improves cell function and activates the Wnt/β-Catenin pathway, offering potential new therapies for PE.
