Background:
- Microvascular decompression (MVD) for trigeminal neuralgia (TN) traditionally uses an operating microscope (OM).

- To evaluate the initial clinical experience of MVD for TN using a novel robotic binocular exoscope with a head-mounted display (RoboticScope).
