Lichen Planopilaris in Children: A Systematic Review

Pediatric lichen planopilaris (LPP) presents with scarring and inflammation, often diagnosed via trichoscopy and biopsy. Treatments including corticosteroids and other agents show effectiveness in children with this rare scarring alopecia.
