177 Lu-PSMA therapy effectively treated a 70-year-old man with advanced prostate cancer and widespread bone metastases. Post-treatment scans confirmed a complete response, showing resolution of skeletal lesions and normal organ uptake.

- Initial scan after cycle 1 showed diffuse skeletal lesions with minimal kidney and salivary gland uptake.

- This approach demonstrates favorable safety with normal organ uptake post-treatment.
