Predictors of Persistent Residual Stones After Second Look Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy

Even after flexible nephroscopy, residual kidney stones persist in about 40% of patients. Bilateral stones and larger residual stone burden predict persistent fragments after percutaneous nephrolithotomy and flexible nephroscopy.
