Shoulder morphology parameters like the critical shoulder angle (CSA) are linked to rotator cuff tears (RCTs) in the Somali population. Larger CSA and acromion index (AI), with smaller acromiohumeral distance (AHD) and lateral acromion angle (LAA), correlate with increased RCT risk.
