    Area of Science:

    • Urology
    • Surgical Innovation

    Background:

    • Iatrogenic injuries can lead to complex anatomical damage.
    • Phallic denudation presents unique challenges in reconstructive surgery.

    Observation:

    • Three cases of iatrogenic phallic denudation were identified.
    • These injuries resulted from medical interventions.

    Findings:

    • Successful nonoperative management was achieved in all three cases.
    • Conservative treatment strategies proved effective.

    Implications:

    • Nonoperative management should be considered for denudation injuries.
    • This approach offers a viable alternative to surgical intervention.
    • Highlights the potential for conservative care in specific penile injuries.
