Risk Factors for Olfactory Dysfunction in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Older age and longer duration of type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) are linked to reduced olfactory function. Comorbidities did not significantly impact smell in patients with type 2 DM.
