Summary

Immune-rich tumors in mucoepidermoid carcinoma (MEC) correlate with aggressive behavior and poorer survival. High heterogeneity in tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) was observed, suggesting potential new avenues for immunotherapy research.
