Conservative Management of Horizontal Root Fracture: A Case Report

This case report details a successful conservative treatment for a horizontal root fracture (HRF) with unusual apical necrosis using Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA). MTA application in both segments avoided apical surgery, preserving the tooth.
