Metatarsal Aneurysmal Bone Cysts Treated With En Bloc Resection and Reconstruction With Fibular Allograft

En bloc resection and fibular allograft reconstruction effectively treats metatarsal aneurysmal bone cysts (ABCs) in the foot, showing a low recurrence rate. This surgical approach leads to good functional outcomes and healing without significant impairment.
