Evaluating multiple sclerosis severity loci 30 years after a clinically isolated syndrome

Genetic associations with multiple sclerosis (MS) severity were examined over 30 years. The primary MS severity locus rs10191329 did not predict long-term disability, suggesting complex genetic interactions with disease duration.
