This case report details a patient with Graves' disease who developed pulmonary arterial hypertension, autoimmune hepatitis, and restrictive cardiomyopathy. These symptoms, along with skin changes, led to a diagnosis of systemic sclerosis, highlighting multisystem autoimmune disorders.
