Preparation and Characterization of Injectable Augmentation Gels Containing Polycaprolactone and Hyaluronic Acid

Summary
This study developed a novel injectable gel using hyaluronic acid (HA) and polycaprolactone (PCL) microspheres for soft tissue augmentation. The PCL/HA gel demonstrated excellent biocompatibility, non-toxicity, and favorable rheological properties for medical applications.
