Pulsatile tinnitus: a dehiscent jugular vein.

    Summary

    A rare case of pulsatile tinnitus in a female patient was linked to a dehiscent jugular vein in the middle ear. Surgical repair using cartilage effectively covered the vein, resolving the tinnitus.
