Summary

This study shows that a comprehensive circulating microRNA (miRNA) profile from dog plasma, analyzed using next-generation sequencing (NGS) and automated machine learning (autoML), can effectively screen for diseases. The developed diagnostic model achieved high sensitivity and specificity, indicating potential as a blood biomarker.
