Double-bundle versus single-bundle medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction for recurrent patellar dislocation:

Double-bundle reconstruction of the medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) for recurrent patellar dislocation (RPD) shows superior knee function and reduced instability compared to single-bundle. This indicates better clinical outcomes for the double-bundle approach in treating RPD.
