    Summary

    This study shows that canine aqueous humor outflow via the uveoscleral pathway is influenced by intraocular pressure (IOP) and tracer particle size. Larger particles and higher IOP affect particle movement within the eye.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the influence of intraocular pressure (IOP) and tracer particle size on uveoscleral outflow in canine eyes.
    • To determine the penetration and movement patterns of microspheres within the anterior uvea and related spaces.

    • Canine eyes were perfused with microspheres (0.5, 1.0, 3.0 microns) at varying IOPs (20, 50, 75 mm Hg) for different durations (30, 60, 90 min).
