    • Enucleation preserves normal pulmonary tissue, ensuring a complete cure without compromising patient outcomes.
    • Histological evaluation is crucial to differentiate these benign lesions from true neoplasms.

    • Minimally invasive surgical techniques can be safely employed for pediatric lung pseudotumors.
    • Avoiding aggressive resection like lobectomy preserves lung function in pediatric patients.
    • Accurate diagnosis and tailored surgical strategies are essential for optimal management of these rare pediatric lung lesions.
