Summary

This study engineered highly immunogenic Human Immunodeficiency Virus type 1 (HIV-1) Env-VLPs using recombinant vaccinia viruses. This approach enhances antibody induction against HIV-1, overcoming natural resistance and abundant glycosylation challenges.
