Summary
Orthopedic research output from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is limited but growing. While clinical studies are prevalent, the quality of evidence needs enhancement to boost KSA's medical research reputation.

- Orthopedic research productivity in KSA is currently limited but shows recent growth.
