Striatal Dopaminergic Function and Motor Slowing in Essential Tremor Plus

Essential tremor plus (ET+) shows subtle striatal dopaminergic dysfunction, linked to bradykinesia and tremor asymmetry. This suggests a partial dopaminergic mechanism in ET+ patients, differentiating them from Parkinson's disease.
