[Gaucheroid structures in macrophages in lipomelanic reticulosis]
Abstract:
Gaucher-like tubular substructure was found in lysosomes of pigmentophages in 3 of 12 cases of lipomelanotic reticulosis. They were considered as reactive lesion similar to Gaucher's disease or Gaucher-like structures in myeloic leukaemia. They showed an identical basic picture in spite of the fact they differed a little in their fine structure.
