    Background:

    • Splenic activity after indium-111 labelled granulocyte administration is not fully understood.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the intrasplenic kinetics of indium-111 labelled granulocytes.
    • To determine the nature of splenic activity observed after granulocyte administration.
