Summary

New composite physiologic index (CPI) formulas using artificial intelligence quantitative CT (AIQCT) can predict idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) patient outcomes. The ILD-bronchial CPI (ILDB-CPI) shows similar performance to existing CPIs for predicting survival.
