Comparison of ocular biometry and refractive outcomes using two swept-source optical coherence tomography-based

This study compared two swept-source optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT) biometers for ocular measurements and refractive prediction. While Anterion showed some measurement differences, both devices provided similar refractive prediction accuracy after cataract surgery.

- Both Anterion and Argos demonstrated comparable refractive predictability, with no significant differences in mean absolute error.
- Anterion showed a slight tendency towards myopic outcomes, but overall accuracy within ±0.5D was similar between the two SS-OCT biometers.
