Adults with cytogenetically normal acute myeloid leukemia (CN-AML) and CEBPA-bZIP mutations have complex co-mutations. A nomogram model identifies high-risk patients who benefit from allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT).
